Approximately 45 minutes outside of Knoxville, TN Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for all operating functions related to the Powder Coat, Plating and Finishing Division. Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. State and Federal Environmental reports Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine setters, or fabricators. Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards. Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures or assign employee training to experienced workers. Keep records of employees' attendance and hours worked. Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services. Maintain operations data, such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results. Determine standards, budgets, production goals, and rates, based on company policies, equipment and labor availability, and workloads. Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. Set up and adjust machines and equipment. Requires a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction. Job Knowledge:
Production and Processing knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Must know who to call for support on all products used in the manufacturing process to resolve issues. Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Engineering and Technology knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. Chemistry knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods. Problem Sensitivity - the ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. Job Requirements Required:
High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma 5 years of experience in managing people, equipment, and/or processes. 3-5 years in a management role with demonstrated accomplishments in Plating Wastewater Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to other locations when needed. Confident decision maker; results oriented. Job Requirements Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Engineering Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical concepts. Compensation &

Salary Range:
$80K -- $110K
Minimum Qualification

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
